STEM Center faculty and staff actively engage in STEM teaching and learning research. Our research focuses on current issues relevant to innovations and best practices in STEM education. Currently, we have programs investigating aspects of curriculum design that effectively integrates computational thinking, best practices for mentoring first generation college students, and ways to bridge STEM and humanities through informal education.
