After national recognition in the Alton School District, the STEM Center implemented Math Games League’s throughout Venice, Madison, Brooklyn, Alton, and Collinsville in collaboration with Dr. Greg Budzban, Dean of the SIUE College of Arts and Sciences, and the national nonprofit organization, The Young People’s Project.
Math Games gamify mathematics through a unique competition that uses near-peer mentoring to motivate young learners and foster a passion for the subject. To read more about the Math Game Leagues click here.
